From the moment your order is processed, it takes the Elleppi laboratory approximately 8/10 working days to create the jewel.

All our national and international shipments are entrusted to GLS, SDA, TNT, FEDEX

Upon shipment, the customer will receive an email with a link to find out and follow the tracking of the package.

Once the order has been shipped, delivery times throughout Italy are approximately 24/48h from the next day of dispatch, 5-7 working days for abroad.

SHIPPING COST

For orders in Italy, you can choose standard shipping at a cost of €4.90 , or insured shipping at a cost of €6.00 .

For cash on delivery payments, a fee of €3.00 is added.

This service is not available for foreign countries.

Cost band 2 : €22

• Bulgaria, Croatia, Denmark, France (Not Corsica), Greece, Poland, United Kingdom, Czech Republic, Slovenia, Spain, Hungary.

• Cyprus, Estonia, Gibraltar, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Sweden.
